Shipping and Delivery Terms

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times: If shipping times exceed 7 days, the buyer will be notified of the estimated shipping date and given the option to accept the new date or cancel the order.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping option. Dates are estimated and subject to change due to external factors such as customs delays. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight, with the total cost displayed before finalizing the purchase. Free shipping is offered within the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal for purchases over €50.00. For orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €7.90.

Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla depend on the volume and weight of the order. Additionally, the 21% VAT is deducted from your purchase as these regions are exempt from this tax. Please consult us directly for specific costs.

Security and Incident Handling

Secure Packaging: We are committed to securely packaging all products to minimize damage during transit.

Delivery Verification: Upon delivery, we request verification of the merchandise’s condition and any anomalies be noted directly on the delivery receipt.

Damage Documentation: In case of damage, we ask the customer to take photographs of the product and packaging to facilitate claims with the courier company.

Packaging Retention: We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure the product is in perfect condition and correct.

Lost Packages

In case of loss during shipping, we will work with the courier service to locate the package. If it is not recovered, we will proceed with either a replacement of the product or a full refund, based on the customer’s preference.
